LANSING, February 21, 2003 – Frano Ostoja of Farmington was "shocked" upon recently scratching off a Michigan Lottery "Crazy 8s Bingo" instant game ticket to reveal an $8,000 top prize!

Ostoja purchased the winning ticket at Kroger #615, 33523 8 Mile Road, in Livonia.

The lucky 62-year-old winner, who works as a manager at Country Apartments LLS, said he is very happy to be a winner!

Ostoja, who enjoys golfing and playing chess and bingo in his spare time, said he kept the winning ticket in his jacket pocket to ensure its safety prior to turning it in at the Lottery
