LANSING, January 13, 2003 – A lucky Detroit man recently won big bucks upon scratching off a Michigan Lottery "Ante Up" instant game ticket to reveal a $21,000 top prize!

The 66-year-old retiree, who requested anonymity, purchased the winning ticket at Fiz N Pour Market Inc., 26411 W. 8 Mile Road, in Redford.

"After I scratched off the ticket and learned I had won a $21,000 top prize, I was shocked!" exclaimed the lucky winner.

He told Lottery officials that he kept the winning ticket underneath a pillow to ensure its safety prior to turning it in at the Lottery
