LANSING, May 21, 2002 – Rusty Higgins of Marshall recently spelled her way to instant wealth with the Michigan Lottery’s "Coffee Break Bingo!" Upon scratching off the ticket she revealed a $20,000 top prize.

The winning ticket was purchased at Shell Food Mart #4550, 319 E. Michigan Ave., in Marshall.

"I scratched the ticket and at first I thought I had won $10," Higgins said. "I looked again and realized it had to be at least $30, so I showed it to my mom to get her opinion. I was very excited to learn it was a $20,000 winner!"

Higgins, a 30-year-old homemaker, said she plans to use her winnings to pay bills, cover the cost of her upcoming wedding expenses and just "have fun!" She said she enjoys playing Michigan Lottery games and providing child care in her free time.

"Coffee Break Bingo" is just one of many instant games available at more than 9,000 Michigan Lottery retailers statewide.
