LANSING, April 8, 2002 – Andrew Waligora of Warren found the road to instant wealth upon scratching off a Michigan Lottery "Money Path" instant ticket worth $25,000!

The winning ticket was purchased at Kroger #486, 26233 Hoover Road, in Warren.

"I scratched off the ticket, and when I saw I had won $25,000, I put the ticket in my pocket to keep it safe until I could turn it in at the Lottery’s regional office in Detroit," Waligora said.

The lucky 53-year-old, an accounts payable clerk at Bartech, said he plans to use his winnings to pay bills. He added that he enjoys playing golf and bowling in his free time. There is no doubt he and his wife, Joyce, will enjoy their newfound fortune!
