LANSING, February 11, 2002 — A lucky Garden City woman was completely surprised after scratching off a lucky Michigan Lottery "Wild Time Doubler" instant ticket revealing a $30,000 top prize!

The 31-year-old winner, who requested anonymity, purchased the winning ticket at Smoke Shop, 27549 Warren Road, in Garden City.

The winner, a homemaker, could hardly believe her eyes upon scratching off the ticket.

"I scratched off the ticket and just stared at it in amazement," the winner said.
