"If you think you may have purchased a Big Game ticket at one of these retailers, I strongly urge you to look through any old Lottery tickets you may have," said Acting Michigan Lottery Commissioner James Kipp. "It would be a huge shame to see these prizes go unclaimed!"
If Michigan Lottery prizes are not claimed within the one-year period, they revert to the state School Aid Fund. In the case of a Big Game prize, in which all Big Game states have contributed to funding the prize, Michigan’s allocated share of the prize money will be transferred to the School Aid Fund. For more information about any unclaimed Michigan Lottery prize, players can call (517) 335-5640.
