LANSING, July 6, 2001 — The wish for instant wealth came true for Patricia Evans of Eckerman when she scratched off a “Million Dollar Wish” instant ticket, revealing a $10,000 prize!

“When I scratched off the ticket and realized I was a winner, I ran outside and danced in the rain!” Evans said. “I am very excited about winning!”

The lucky lady purchased the winning ticket at Strongs General Store, HC 81 Box 64, in Eckerman.

Evans said she kept the winning ticket in her pocket at all times prior to turning it in at one of the Lottery
