LANSING, June 6, 2001— A Southfield man is a little richer after matching five numbers and the Wild Ball in the May 26 Michigan Millions drawing, collecting a $17,458 prize! The winning numbers for the drawing were: 9, 21, 27, 32, 36, 38 and the Wild Ball number was 35.

In total for the May 26 Michigan Millions drawing, 2,387 winners shared $104,195 in prizes. In addition to the sole jackpot winner, there were 19 players who matched five numbers for a prize of $1,015; 47 players who matched four numbers plus the Wild Ball for a prize of $203; 1,077 players who matched four numbers for a prize of $48; and 1,243 players who matched three numbers plus the Wild Ball for the $5 prize.

The 46-year-old winner, who requested anonymity, purchased the winning Michigan Millions ticket at Get & Go Mini Mart, 10950 Beech Daly Road, in Taylor.

The lucky man chose his own winning number combination, stating he has played the same set of numbers for the past 10 years.
