LANSING, March 29, 2000 — As another tax season kicks into high gear, the Michigan Lottery has a very big return for one lucky Lottery player — if he or she comes forward in time! An unclaimed Big Game Lottery prize is set to expire very soon and Lottery officials hope to hear from the winner before it’s too late. The prize is:

The Big Game |
Winning Numbers |
08-25-26-28-35 gold 25 (winning ticket matches first five numbers) |

"While you are searching through your house in preparation for filling out your tax forms, take a minute to look through your old Lottery tickets," said Michigan Lottery Commissioner Don Gilmer. "The time you take to check the numbers on those tickets could end up being very, very valuable!"
Michigan Lottery players have one year from the draw date to claim any on-line prizes. Because the one-year anniversary of this Big Game ticket falls on a Sunday when Lottery offices are closed, that ticket-holder will have until the close of business on Monday, April 3, 2000 to claim the prize.
If Michigan Lottery prizes are not claimed within the one-year period, they revert to the state School Aid Fund. For more information about any unclaimed Michigan Lottery prize, players can call (517) 335-5640.
