LANSING, May 1, 2009 – A top $35,000 One Word Cashword prize has been claimed by an anonymous winner from Belding.

The lucky winner plans to pay bills with the prize money.

Burton woman claims $100,000 prize!

LANSING, May 1, 2009 – Jill LaFave was sitting in her car on the phone when she learned she matched all five numbers in the April 9 Fantasy 5 and won $100,000!

The Burton woman is a long-time player and plans to pay off debt and buy land with the prize money.

“Surprised” woman claims $10,000

LANSING, May, 2009 – Sue Simpson is a very lucky Club Keno player! She matched all eight numbers on an 8-spot game and won $10,000!

Simpson hid the winning ticket in her purse before cashing it at the Lottery’s Grand Rapids office. The Fennville woman plans to pay off bills and go on a vacation with the prize money.

Mega jackpot increases to $225 million for tonight’s drawing!

An increase in Mega Millions sales has bumped tonight’s drawing to a whopping $225 million!

If a player wins tonight’s $225 million Mega Millions jackpot and chooses the annuity payment option, he or she will receive an astonishing $8,653,846.15 million per year for 26 years, less taxes! That breaks down to $721,153.85 per month; $166,420.12 per week; or $23,709.17 per day!

If a winner prefers the prize in one payment, the estimated lump sum cash value of the jackpot is $143.2 million, less taxes.
