“I saw an email from the Lottery, so I opened it and read that I’d won $234,333,” said the player. “I immediately thought to myself: ‘This has got to be a scam.’ I called the Lottery to confirm and then I matched the phone number in the email with what was on the Michigan Lottery website, and that’s when I knew it was real! This all still feels surreal.”
