The 70-year-old player, who close to remain anonymous, purchased her winning ticket at Uccello’s Ristorante, located at 3940 Rivertown Parkway in Grandville.
“I was out to eat and decided to use the $50 I had in my purse towards a couple of Fast Cash tickets,’” said the player. “I thought I was reading the ticket wrong when I saw I’d matched the number 55 to win the jackpot. I had the waitress look the ticket over for me and when she confirmed what I was seeing we both started shouting.”
The player visited Lottery headquarters to claim her prize. She plans to save her winnings.
“Winning still doesn’t seem real! I never thought something like this would happen to me,” the player said.
