Only a Few Hours Left to Claim $25,000 a Year for Life Lucky For Life Prize With Ticket from Detroit Retailer

Only a few hours are left for someone to claim a $25,000 a year for life Lucky For Life prize, or it goes to the state School Aid Fund! The ticket expires at 4:45 p.m. today.

The winning ticket was sold at Motor City Liquor, located at 2313 Gratiot Avenue in Detroit.

The winning ticket matched the five white balls drawn – 04-14-19-26-40 – in the May 7, 2015 Lucky For Life drawing.

Lucky For Life tickets are valid for one year from the drawing date. Since May 7 fell on a Saturday, the prize must be claimed by 4:45 p.m. today.

If anyone discovers they have the winning ticket, they immediately should contact the Michigan Lottery Public Relations Division at (517) 373-1237. The lucky winner must claim the prize at Lottery headquarters in Lansing.

If the ticket holder does not come forward, it would be the first major prize to go unclaimed in 2016.
