A Flint woman’s bank account got a big boost after she won $36,000 in the Michigan Lottery’s Level Up Giveaway.

Michele Brown, 45, was selected in a random drawing earlier this month. She earned entries into the giveaway by playing games at MichiganLottery.com. The Level Up Giveaway was open to all online Lottery players.

The Level up Giveaway gave Lottery players a chance to win a progressive jackpot just by playing certain instant games online. The jackpot began at $20,000 and increased for each 1,000 different players who played online instant games during the promotion.

In addition to the jackpot prize, 75 lucky players won a $100 bonus credit valid for online play at MichiganLottery.com during the Level Up Giveaway, which ran from May 1 to May 28.
