The Mega Millions drawing on Friday, May 17 yielded three $250,000 winning tickets in Michigan.
Trevis Bluege stopped at the Harbor Springs EZ Mart prior to the drawing that evening to try his luck with Mega Millions. Later that night, after the drawing occurred, he was shocked to notice his ticket matched the first five numbers for a Mega win of $250,000!
Bluege checked his ticket at a Lottery lucky spot machine but didn’t believe his big win at first, thinking the machine was malfunctioning. After confirming Bluege did in fact have a big winner, the store manager was happily congratulated Mr. Bluege.
Bluege’s winning ticket was purchased at Harbor Springs EZ Mart located at 3473 M- 119 in Harbor Springs.
Paulette Lightfoot was equally surprised about her Mega Millions win. After asking her husband to purchase a Powerball ticket, she was disappointed when he presented her with Mega Millions tickets instead. Lightfoot quickly forgave her husband’s mistake the instant she too realized her ticket matched the first five numbers making her a $250,000 prize winner!
