LANSING, May 17, 2010 – The summer is heating up with the Michigan Lottery’s popular instant ticket, Lotto Soul™. Now, players have a second-chance opportunity to win a 4-day cruise for two that includes a live concert with The Four Tops, Freda Payne, and other former Motown artists.
To enter the second-chance contest, players must mail three (3) non-winning Lotto Soul™ tickets to Michigan Lottery, P.O. Box 40785, Lansing MI 48901-7985 by July 22. The drawing will be conducted on July 29.
The prize includes roundtrip airfare for two from Detroit to Miami and an ocean-view room aboard Carnival’s Cruise Line ship, the Imagination. The 4-day Western Caribbean cruise departs Miami on January 10 and returns January 14 with ports-of-call in Key West, Florida and Cozumel, Mexico.
There is another opportunity for Lottery players to meet former Motown artists featured on the Lotto SoulTM instant ticket, including LJ Reynolds of The Dramatics and Duke Fakir of The Four Tops. On May 29, artists will be at the following Lottery retail locations to meet players and sign Lotto Soul™ tickets:

Over 95 cents of every dollar spent on Lottery tickets is returned to the state in the form of contributions to the state School Aid Fund, prizes to players and commissions to retailers.
