Sterling Heights man wins $10,000 prize

LANSING, August 28, 2009 – Anthony Greer cashed in when he matched four white ball numbers and the gold Mega ball number on his July 31 Mega Millions ticket. The Sterling Heights man won $10,000!

Greer hid the winning ticket in a safe before cashing it at the Lottery’s Sterling Heights office. He had made no special plans for the prize money.

The winning easy-pick ticket was purchased at Sterling Palace Liquor, 42124 Van Dyke Ave., in Sterling Heights.
