LANSING, July 15, 2009 – Mohinder Singh is a very lucky Lottery player. He scratched a winning Million Dollar Mega Play ticket worth $10,000!
The Battle Creek man hid the winning ticket in his wife’s purse before cashing it at Lottery headquarters in Lansing. He has made no special plans for the prize money.
