LANSING, June 15, 2009 – A very lucky woman from Rochester Hills was the winner of the March 29 Fantasy 5 worth $166,870. The anonymous woman matched five numbers to win the prize.

The lucky winning easy-pick ticket was purchased at Sunrise Store #05, 23120 Main St., in Armada.

Fantasy 5 drawings are conducted seven days a week. Jackpots start at $100,000 and grow by approximately $5,000 daily.

Over 95 cents of every dollar spent on Lottery tickets is returned to the state in the form of contributions to the state School Aid Fund, prizes to players and commissions to retailers. In fiscal year 2008, the contribution to schools was over $740.7 million. Since its inception in 1972, the Lottery has contributed more than $15 billion to education in Michigan.
