LANSING, April 15, 2008 – A Warren man selected the Kicker option, bet $2 a draw, and won two different times on a Club Keno ticket for a whopping $40,004 prize!
Guy Johnston played an 8-spot game and matched all eight with a 2X kicker and matched four on a separate draw with a 1X kicker. He bet $2 a draw for a grand total of $40,004.
The lucky winner is a regular Club Keno player who plans to use his prize money to pay bills.
The 60-year-old retiree purchased his lucky ticket at Daytona North Inc., 66280 North Ave., in Ray Center.
Club Keno offers 37 different ways to play and win. Players can wager $1, $2, $3, $4, $5, $10 or $20 per drawing and tickets can be purchased for up to 20 drawings at a time. Players win Club Keno by matching some or all of the numbers they have selected to the numbers drawn. The more numbers matched, the more the player wins.
