LANSING, April 8, 2008 -After checking his numbers in the newspaper, Walter Belcher realized he had won $10,000 playing Mega Millions.
The Waterford man matched four white balls and the Mega ball in the March 28 drawing to win the prize. He plans to use the money from his easy pick win to pay bills.
The lucky ticket was purchased at VG’s Food Center 512, 7300 Highland Rd., in Waterford.
