LANSING, March 28, 2008- Imagine turning your Super Raffle ticket into $2 million! Your dreams could come true Monday when the Super Raffle winning numbers are selected.
The 250,000 tickets sold out on Thursday and the drawing will be Monday, March 31 when two prizes of $2 million, 25 prizes of $100,000, and 4,500 of $500 will be awarded.
All 4,527 winning numbers will be posted on the Lottery’s Web site soon after the drawing.
The Super Raffle drawing will be drawing No. 7 in the Raffle game series.
Players must present their original tickets in order to claim a prize. Players who win prizes of $2 million or $100,000 must call the Lottery Public Relations office at 517-373-1237 to schedule an appointment.
The two $2 million winning numbers will be displayed during the Lottery’s evening broadcast on March 31. Players will be able to check all winning numbers at the Lottery’s Web site on www.michigan.gov/lottery, at Lottery retailers or at Lottery regional offices throughout the state.
Over 95 cents of every dollar spent on Lottery tickets is returned to the state in the form of contributions to the state School Aid Fund, prizes to players and commissions to retailers. In fiscal year 2007, the contribution to schools was $748.9 million. Since its inception in 1972, the Lottery has contributed more than $14.3 billion to education in Michigan.
