The Super Raffle, which is Raffle no. 7 offered by the Lottery, offers odds of 1 in 125,000 of winning $2 million. Tickets are $50 each and can be purchased at any Lottery retailer, including Club Keno retailers.
Super Raffle tickets are issued in numerical order, starting with 000001. Sales will cease at 2 a.m. on March 31 and the drawing will occur with only those ticket numbers up to that point. Players cannot choose their own numbers and winning numbers must be in the exact order drawn.
Players with winning tickets of either $2 million or $100,000 will need to contact the Lottery at 517-373-1237 to schedule an appointment to claim their prize. Prizes of $500 can be claimed at any Lottery retailer location.
Over 95 cents of every dollar spent on Lottery tickets is returned to the state in the form of contributions to the state School Aid Fund, prizes to players and commissions to retailers. In fiscal year 2007, the contribution to schools was $748.9 million. Since its inception in 1972, the Lottery has contributed more than $14.3 billion to education in Michigan.
