Kalamazoo winner has "Wild Time"

LANSING, February 19, 2008 – Alex Palmer looked at his ticket “50 times” before he could believe it was a winner.

The lucky 20-year-old plans to use his $30,000 prize to invest in stocks.

The winning ticket was purchased at Next Door Store #106, 5658 W. Main St., in Kalamazoo.

Red Hot Wild Time is just one of many Michigan Lottery Instant tickets available at nearly 11,000 Lottery retailers statewide.

Over 95 cents of every dollar spent on Lottery tickets is returned to the state in the form of contributions to the state School Aid Fund, prizes to players and commissions to retailers.
