LANSING, October 18, 2007 – A very lucky winner checked and rechecked his $10,000,000 Game Book ticket to be sure he was a winner!  The player cashed in a $10,000 winning ticket!

Marvin Sorrell plans to use his prize money to pay bills and go to the casino.  He enjoys hunting, fishing and bowling in his spare time.

The lucky winning ticket was purchased at Eastown Liquor, 10520 E. Jefferson, in Detroit.

$10,000,000 Game Book is just one of many Michigan Lottery Instant tickets available at nearly 11,000 Lottery retailers statewide.

All proceeds from the Lottery are contributed to the state School Aid Fund which supports kindergarten through 12th grade public education in Michigan.  In fiscal year 2006, the contribution was $688 million.
