LANSING, October 10, 2007 – A very lucky Detroit woman scratched a $10,000,000 Game Book instant ticket and won a whopping $10,000 prize!

Rowena Reed-Phillips plans to pay bills with her prize money.  In her free time she enjoys dancing.

The lucky winning ticket was purchased at Conant Corner Party Store, 3468 Holbrook St., in Hamtramck.

$10,000,000 Game Book is just one of many Michigan Lottery Instant tickets available at nearly 11,000 Lottery retailers statewide.

All proceeds from the Lottery are contributed to the state School Aid Fund which supports kindergarten through 12th grade public education in Michigan.  In fiscal year 2006, the contribution was $688 million.
