LANSING, September 26, 2007 – T. McGinnes told Lottery official that he was excited with his huge $250,000 Mega Millions win! The lucky winner matched the first five white ball numbers in the Sept. 21 drawing to win the prize.
The Westland man randomly picked his own numbers and has been playing the same ones for a year. As soon as he saw his numbers on TV, he knew he was a big winner! He enjoys golfing in his free time and has no immediate plans for his prize money.
The winning ticket was purchased at Merriman & Five Service, Inc., 31301 Five Mile Rd., in Livonia.
