LANSING, July 13, 2007 – A lucky man won the top $30,000 prize on the Lottery’s 5-Card Stud instant game.

The man, who opted to remain anonymous, went directly to the Lottery’s Dearborn Heights office to cash his ticket in. He plans to take a vacation and save the remainder of his prize.

The winning ticket was purchased at Langley’s Liquor/ Lottery, 1317 Dix Hwy., in Lincoln Park.

5-Card Stud is just one of many Michigan Lottery Instant tickets available at nearly 11,000 Lottery retailers statewide.

All proceeds from the Lottery are contributed to the state School Aid Fund which supports kindergarten through 12th grade public education in Michigan. In fiscal year 2006, the contribution was $688 million.
