LANSING, July 5, 2007 – A very lucky winner has claimed $11,080 after he won big playing Club Keno.

The winner wagered $10 per draw on a 6-Spot ticket and multiplied his prizes. He played his “lucky numbers” on the own pick ticket.

The very lucky winner purchased his ticket at Frank’s Press Box , 2314 Woodlake Dr., in Okemos. He plans to use the prize money to take his wife and kids on vacation.

Club Keno offers 37 different ways to play and win. Players can wager $1, $2, $3, $4, $5, $10 or $20 per drawing and tickets can be purchased for up to 20 drawings at a time. Players win Club Keno by matching some or all of the numbers they have selected to the numbers drawn. The more numbers matched, the more the player wins.

All proceeds from the Lottery are contributed to the state School Aid Fund which supports kindergarten through 12th grade public education in Michigan. In fiscal year 2006, the contribution was $688 million.
