LANSING, June 21, 2007 – A $10,000 prize has been claimed after a lucky Birmingham woman scratched a winning $10,000,000 Game Book ticket.

Mary Kasuri claimed her prize at the Lottery office in Sterling Heights and plans to “spend” her money.

The lucky winning ticket was purchased at Eton Square Market, 250 S. Eton St., in Birmingham.

$10,000,000 Game Book is just one of many Michigan Lottery Instant tickets available at nearly 11,000 Lottery retailers statewide.

All proceeds from the Lottery are contributed to the state School Aid Fund which supports kindergarten through 12th grade public education in Michigan.  In fiscal year 2006, the contribution was $688 million.
