LANSING, May 21, 2007 – By using birthdays, a very lucky Warren man selected his own pick numbers that would equal $178,456!

The winner, who chose to remain anonymous, matched all five numbers in the May 8 Fantasy 5 drawing.

A longtime player, the winner won another Fantasy 5 jackpot just two years ago!  He plans to put some money in the bank and “have fun” with some of it, too.

The winning ticket was purchased at Joe’s General Store, 23201 Hoover Rd., in Warren.

Fantasy 5 drawings are conducted seven days a week.  Jackpots start at $100,000 and grow by approximately $5,000 daily.

All proceeds from the Lottery are contributed to the state School Aid Fund which supports kindergarten through 12th grade public education in Michigan.  In fiscal year 2006, the contribution was $688 million.
