Final $1 million prize claimed

LANSING, May 21, 2007 – An anonymous winner has claimed the last $1 million prize from the Millionaire Raffle drawing conducted on April 20.

The winner purchased the ticket at Double Barrell Party Shoppe, 4210 Sashabaw Rd., in Waterford.

A complete list of all winning numbers is now available on the Lottery’s Web site and at Lottery regional offices.  Tickets can be validated at any Lottery terminal.

The second Millionaire Raffle game sold only 600,000 tickets at all Lottery terminals across Michigan beginning March 12, 2007.  Each ticket sold contained a unique six-digit number from 000001 to 600000.  The 918 Raffle tickets were randomly selected. 

Sales for the next Millionaire Raffle game will begin June 25.  The game will feature six prizes of $1 million each, 12 prizes of $100,000 each and 2,000 prizes of $500 each. Tickets will be $20 each and only 600,000 will be sold. 

All proceeds from the Lottery are contributed to the state School Aid Fund which supports kindergarten through 12th grade public education in Michigan.  In fiscal year 2006, the contribution was $688 million.
