Prize "kicked up" to $10,010!

LANSING, April 12, 2007 – A very lucky Wyoming woman was in disbelief when she watched as nine of her 10 Club Keno numbers showed up on the screen.  She was so excited that she “hugged her friend and called her husband at work.”

Usually the prize for matching nine of 10 numbers is $5,000, but because Kathryn Radofski chose the Kicker option, it bumped it up 2X for a whopping $10,000 win!

Radofski also had a smaller win to equal a total of $10,010!  She plans to use the easy pick winnings to pay bills.

The winning ticket was purchased at AMF Eastbrook Lanes, 3500 Lake Eastbrook, in Grand Rapids.

Club Keno offers 37 different ways to play and win.  Players can wager $1, $2, $3, $4, $5, $10 or $20 per drawing and tickets can be purchased for up to 20 drawings at a time.  Players win Club Keno by matching some or all of the numbers they have selected to the numbers drawn.  The more numbers matched, the more the player wins.

All proceeds from the Lottery are contributed to the state School Aid Fund which supports kindergarten through 12th grade public education in Michigan.  In fiscal year 2006, the contribution was $688 million.
