LANSING, April 5, 2007 – Roger Loring of Caledonia is a very lucky guy!  His Club Keno ticket matched multiple times to win a grand total of $10,021!

Loring purchased his winning Club Keno ticket on April 2 and hid the ticket in his check book until claiming his big prize at the Lottery office in Wyoming. 

He plans to use his prize money to pay bills.

The lucky ticket was purchased at The Wayland Hotel, 104 S. Main St., in Wayland.

Club Keno offers 37 different ways to play and win.  Players can wager $1, $2, $3, $4, $5, $10 or $20 per drawing and tickets can be purchased for up to 20 drawings at a time.  Players win Club Keno by matching some or all of the numbers they have selected to the numbers drawn.  The more numbers matched, the more the player wins.

All proceeds from the Lottery are contributed to the state School Aid Fund which supports kindergarten through 12th grade public education in Michigan.  In fiscal year 2006, the contribution was $688 million.
