LANSING, April 5, 2007 – When she checked her ticket and realized she had won $115,000, one lucky Battle Creek woman was in tears!

She matched all five numbers in the March 28 Fantasy 5 drawing to win big!

The winner, who chose to remain anonymous, said she’s been playing the Lottery since it began.  She plans to use the winnings from her easy pick ticket to pay bills.

The winner purchased the lucky ticket at Dickman C-Store, 1790 Dickman Rd., in Jackson.

Fantasy 5 drawings are conducted seven days a week.  Jackpots start at $100,000 and grow by approximately $5,000 daily.

All proceeds from the Lottery are contributed to the state School Aid Fund which supports kindergarten through 12th grade public education in Michigan.  In fiscal year 2006, the contribution was $688 million.
