Sterling Heights man wins big with Club Keno

LANSING, March 22, 2007 – Norbert Rivard is a lucky 56-year-old Sterling Heights man!  He won three different times on an 8-spot Club Keno ticket to win $10,017!

Rivard couldn’t believe his good fortune when all eight of his own pick numbers came out on the Club Keno screen.  He plans to take some of his prize money to Las Vegas.

The winning ticket was purchased at Mothers II, 17810 13 Mile Rd., in Roseville.

Club Keno offers 37 different ways to play and win.  Players can wager $1, $2, $3, $4, $5, $10 or $20 per drawing and tickets can be purchased for up to 20 drawings at a time.  Players win Club Keno by matching some or all of the numbers they have selected to the numbers drawn.  The more numbers matched, the more the player wins.

All proceeds from the Lottery are contributed to the state School Aid Fund which supports kindergarten through 12th grade public education in Michigan.  In fiscal year 2006, the contribution was $688 million.
