LANSING, March 12, 2007 – A lucky Pennsylvania man tried his luck at Club Keno and won a huge prize!  He matched all seven numbers in the 7-spot game and bet $2 a draw to bump his prize to $10,005!

The lucky winner plans to save his prize money.  He told Lottery officials that he enjoys gambling in his free time.

The winning own pick ticket was purchased at Office Bar & Grill, Inc. 490 S. Waverly, in Holland.

Club Keno offers 37 different ways to play and win.  Players can wager $1, $2, $3, $4, $5, $10 or $20 per drawing and tickets can be purchased for up to 20 drawings at a time.  Players win Club Keno by matching some or all of the numbers they have selected to the numbers drawn.  The more numbers matched, the more the player wins.

All proceeds from the Lottery are contributed to the state School Aid Fund which supports kindergarten through 12th grade public education in Michigan.  In fiscal year 2006, the contribution was $688 million.
