LANSING, January 18, 2007 – Ron Estlick and Furman Harvey always play the Lottery together, so of course when they won big, the won big together too!
The two, both of Muskegon formed the Estlick and Harvey Lottery Club and claimed a $1 million prize after scratching a Take Home Millions ticket.
The two have been playing the Lottery for at least 15 years and this is the largest win to date for both.
While one plans to buy a car, the other plans to invest his share of the prize. In addition to the Instant games, the pair enjoy playing Club Keno at the Muskegon Landmark, where Estlick is a manager.
The winning ticket was purchased at Plumb Inc #667, 1663 W. Sherman Blvd., in Muskegon.
Take Home Millions is just one of many Michigan Lottery Instant tickets available at nearly 11,000 Lottery retailers statewide.
All proceeds from the Lottery are contributed to the state School Aid Fund which supports kindergarten through 12th grade public education in Michigan. In fiscal year 2006, the contribution was $688 million.
