$20,000 prize claimed

LANSING, November 30, 2006 – A very lucky Benton Harbor man claimed a $20,000 Cash Multiplier Instant ticket today.

The winner, who opted to remain anonymous, said that he knew as soon as he started scratching his ticket that he had a big winner.  He plans to pay his debts with the prize money.

The lucky ticket was purchased at Southtown Amoco FD #12, 2501 Niles Ave., in St. Joseph.

Cash Multiplier is just one of many Michigan Lottery Instant tickets available at nearly 11,000 Lottery retailers statewide.

All proceeds from the Lottery are contributed to the state School Aid Fund which supports kindergarten through 12th grade public education in Michigan.  In fiscal year 2006, the contribution was $686.3 million.
