LANSING, November 27, 2006 – A very lucky lady is $10,000 richer after she scratched a winning $250,000 Gift Box Instant ticket.

Shirley Strombers from Muskegon purchased the lucky ticket at E&A Pitstop, 5586 E. Apple Ave., in Muskegon.

$250,000 Gift Box is just one of many Michigan Lottery Instant tickets available at nearly 11,000 Lottery retailers statewide.

All proceeds from the Lottery are contributed to the state School Aid Fund which supports kindergarten through 12th grade public education in Michigan.  In fiscal year 2006, the contribution was $686.3 million.
