LANSING, August 9, 2006 – Stephanie Griffiths is a very lucky Instant games player.  She scratched her way to the top $30,000 prize in the Lottery’s Wild Time Tripler game.

Immediately after finding out of her big win, Griffiths, 30, called her husband with the huge news.  The Warren woman plans to use the prize money for a down payment on a new house.

The lucky ticket was purchased at 7-Eleven 24262, 24012 Van Dyke Ave., in Center Line.

Wild Time Tripler is just one of many Michigan Lottery Instant tickets available at more than 10,000 Lottery retailers statewide.

All proceeds from the Lottery are contributed to the state School Aid Fund which supports kindergarten through 12th grade public education in Michigan.  In fiscal year 2005, the contribution was $667.6 million.
