LANSING, May 5, 2006 – A very happy couple from Grayling are $500,000 richer after winning big on a Life of Luxury Instant ticket.

The winners, who chose to remain anonymous, said they were “very excited” about the win.  They plan to use some of the money on a new car and invest the remainder.

The lucky ticket was purchased at 7-Eleven, 313 S. James St., in Grayling.

Life of Luxury is just one of many Michigan Lottery Instant tickets available at more than 10,000 Lottery retailers statewide.

All proceeds from the Lottery are contributed to the state School Aid Fund which supports kindergarten through 12th grade public education in Michigan.  In fiscal year 2005, the contribution was $667.6 million.
