LANSING, April 9, 2003 – Molly Clark of Highland recently had a day that was twice as nice after she scratched off a Michigan Lottery "Bingo Doubler" instant ticket to reveal a $22,000 top prize!

Clark, who works as a fire restoration specialist at Great Lakes Finishing, purchased the winning ticket at Highland Mobil, 2915 E. Highland Road, in Highland.

"I was talking on the phone while scratching off the ticket," said Clark. "At first, I didn’t realize how much I had won. But, after looking at the ticket more closely, I realized I had won a $22,000 prize! I began crying tears of joy and screaming with excitement!"

The 18-year-old winner said she asked her father to hang onto the ticket to ensure its safety. Her father slept with the winning ticket underneath his pillow before giving it back to his daughter to turn in at the Lottery’s regional office in Sterling Heights.

Clark, who enjoys shopping, spending time with friends, swimming and traveling in her spare time, said she is going to
"just enjoy" her winnings.

"Bingo Doubler" is one of many instant tickets available at more than 9,000 Michigan Lottery retailers statewide.
