LANSING, November 15, 2002 – Scott Hilbink of Holland struck it rich upon recently scratching off a "Big Fat Wallet" instant game ticket to reveal a $10,000 prize!

Hilbink, a retiree, purchased the winning ticket at Lincolnshire Party Store, 1080 Lincoln Ave., in Holland.

"I just stood there in disbelief after scratching off the ticket to reveal a $10,000 prize," said the 64-year-old winner, "I was excited and shocked to win!"

The lucky winner kept the winning ticket in his pocket at all times to ensure its safety prior to turning it in at the Lottery’s regional office in Wyoming. Hilbink told Lottery officials he plans to share his winnings with a friend.
