LANSING, November 6, 2002 — Two Wayne county men – – one from Wayne and the other from Taylor – – recently experienced a little lottery luck upon scratching off two different Michigan Lottery "Casino Wild" instant tickets, each revealing a $100,000 top prize!

"I scratched the ticket off while standing in the store," the winner from Wayne said. "I was shocked to learn I had won a $100,000 top prize! I could not stop staring at the prize amount on the ticket!"

The lucky Wayne man, who requested anonymity, purchased the winning ticket at Marathon, 2646 S. Wayne Road, in Westland.

He said he kept the winning ticket in his wallet at all times prior to turning it in at Lottery headquarters in Lansing. The winner, who said he enjoys playing a variety of instruments in his spare time – – including the saxophone, guitar and piano, plans – – to use his winnings to pay bills.

The other "Casino Wild" top-prize winner, an anonymous Taylor man, purchased the winning ticket at Yum Yum Donuts, 8284 Telegraph Road, inTaylor.

"Casino Wild" is one of many Michigan Lottery instant tickets available at more than 9,000 Michigan Lottery retailers statewide.
