The lucky ticket was purchased at Fred’s Food Store, 2500 Clio Road, in Flint.

"As soon as I realized I had won $100,000, my blood pressure went up—when I got home, I had to splash cold water on my face to calm myself down!" three winner said. "I was in the store where I purchased three tickets when I scratched them off. I didn’t win on the first two, so I was shocked to win on the third one!"

The third time was truly a charm for the lucky 34-year-old man, who requested anonymity. He said that he kept the ticket in his pocket at all times to ensure its safety before claiming his prize at Lottery headquarters in Lansing. He added that he and his wife plan to use their windfall to pay bills.
