Oklahoma Man Cashes In On Lottery's "Life In The Cash Lane" Instant Ticket!

LANSING, June 28, 2000 — Life recently became a little sweeter for David Thomas of Dewar, Oklahoma after he scratched off a Michigan Lottery "Life In The Cash Lane" instant ticket to reveal he had won a $250,000 top prize!
