LANSING, February 10, 2000 — Valentine’s Day will be extra special this year for John Guerrero of Imlay City — he won a $14,000 top prize in the Michigan Lottery’s "Cash & Kisses" instant game!

The 42-year-old winner purchased the winning ticket at Bristol & Dort Amoco, G-3509 S. Dort Hwy., in Burton.

"There’s nothing like winning $14,000 to put you in a good mood for the day," Guerrero said.

The self-employed flooring salesman said he has been playing Michigan Lottery games for the past 10 years. He said his favorite Lottery games are the Daily 3 & 4 games and, of course, the instant tickets!

Prior to turning the winning ticket in at the Lottery’s regional office in Sterling Heights, Guerrero kept it in a safe.

The Imlay City man, who enjoys golfing in his free time, said he plans to use his winnings to take a trip to Mexico.
