Helen Wolvin Of Deckerville Is Jumping For Joy After Winning Big With The Michigan Lottery's "Ten Times The Money" Instant Game!

LANSING, May 25, 1999 – Helen Wolvin of Deckerville found herself jumping for joy after winning the $20,000 top prize in the Michigan Lottery’s "Ten Times the Money" instant game!

"I bought the ticket and scratched it off right away," Wolvin said.  "I was so happy that I had won – I started jumping up and down!"

The 47-year-old winner has been playing Michigan Lottery instant games regularly for the past two years.  She purchased the winning ticket at Streamline Bar, 1934 Lapeer Ave., in Port Huron.

Wolvin, a housewife and avid bingo player, said she plans to use her winnings to purchase a new car.
