LANSING, January 21, 1999 – Patricia Nicklow of Marine City is jingling all the way to the bank after winning a $10,000 prize on the Michigan Lottery’s "Jingle Bills" instant ticket!

The 39-year-old winner purchased the winning ticket at Corner Grocery, 339 Fairbanks St., in Marine City.  The Marine City housewife was completely surprised to find out she had won.

"I couldn’t breathe or talk," Nicklow said.  "I had to do breathing exercises to calm myself down!"

Nicklow said she plans to use her winnings to pay bills.  She enjoys working on her computer and making crafts in her free time.
